By accessing or using the Genesis Financial platform, including our client portal, vendor portal, and application forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Genesis Financial is a commercial finance brokerage. We connect businesses and individuals with lending partners across a range of financing products including commercial real estate, equipment financing, SBA loans, working capital, and more. We are NOT a direct lender. All lending decisions, including approval, terms, and funding, are made solely by our lending partners.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. Genesis Financial reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or violate these terms.
The client portal allows you to track your deal status, upload required documents, and communicate with your assigned account manager. Information displayed in the portal is for reference purposes and may not reflect real-time lender decisions. Your account manager is your primary point of contact for deal updates.
The vendor portal is available to approved vendor partners. It allows you to track referral deals, view commission status, and submit new deals. Vendor relationships are governed by individual vendor agreements. Commission structures and payment terms are outlined in your specific vendor agreement with Genesis Financial.
Documents uploaded through our platform are stored securely using encrypted cloud storage with row-level access controls. Your documents are used solely for the purpose of processing your loan application and are shared only with lending partners as needed. We do not use your documents for any other purpose without your consent.
We collect business and personal information necessary to process loan applications, including but not limited to: name, contact information, business details, financial documents, and credit information. We share this information with lending partners only as required to evaluate and process your application. We do not sell personal data to third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Submitting an application through Genesis Financial does not guarantee loan approval, specific terms, or funding. All lending decisions are made by our lending partners based on their own underwriting criteria. Genesis Financial makes no representations or warranties regarding the likelihood of approval or the terms of any financing.
Broker fees and vendor commissions are outlined in individual engagement agreements and vendor agreements respectively. Fee structures vary by product type and lending partner. All applicable fees are disclosed prior to closing. Genesis Financial does not charge upfront application fees to clients.
By submitting an application or creating an account, you consent to receive communications from Genesis Financial via email and, where applicable, SMS regarding your application status, document requests, and deal updates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us.
Genesis Financial acts as an intermediary between borrowers and lending partners. We are not liable for any decisions made by lending partners, including loan denials, delays in processing, changes in terms, or failure to fund. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to Genesis Financial for brokerage services, if any.
Genesis Financial reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
